The Maple Heights City School District welcomes Britanie Bullock, the new Dean of Students, at JFK Elementary School.
Bullock has a diverse background that will prove to be an asset to the Maple Heights City Schools community. Bullock's diverse roles have included working as a Mental Health Specialist at Beechbrook, serving as a Juvenile Detention Officer for Cuyahoga County, and acting as a Social Worker with Children and Family Services. She also held the position of Behavioral Intervention Specialist at West Park Academy, where she honed her skills in supporting children’s growth and potential. In her role as the Dean of Students at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in the Maple Heights School District, Bullock plans to actively engage students in finding constructive paths toward success.
Bullock has dedicated her career to guiding and empowering youth. With over a decade of experience working with families and communities, she has consistently focused on ensuring the safety and well-being of children. She began her education at Maple Heights City Schools, attending Stafford Elementary. She later attended Twinsburg City Schools, excelling in Track and Field, setting records, and earning athletic letters. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Law Enforcement/Corrections from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University.
Bullock enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Evan, and their four daughters outside of her professional life. She loves to travel and cherishes moments shared with friends and family.
