School Counselors
School Counselors provide students with social-emotional support through individual conversations, small group meetings, and referrals to outside agencies. At the middle and high school level, they also provide guidance around academic and career goals.
Student Support Coordinators
Student Support Coordinators connect students and families to needed supports in the areas of attendance, mental health, housing, and resources. They may also provide short-term, individual and small group support to students.
School Nurses
School Nurses bridge health and education through care coordination and advocacy. Examples include identifying and treating injuries and illnesses, helping manage chronic conditions, treating health emergencies, conducting hearing and vision screenings, providing health education, and counseling students about physical and emotional concerns.
Student Wellness Team
The Student Wellness Team works directly with District staff to coordinate training, implementation, coaching and support of the various wellness initiatives.
